Here you guys go! Yummy Yummy Crock Pot Mexican Soup
(Serves: 8)
Ingredients:
1 16oz. can pinto beans
1 16oz. can white kidney springs
1 16 oz. can hominy
1 11oz. can Green Giant niblet corn
1 11oz. can Rotel tomatoes with green chiles
1 28oz. can diced tomatoes
1 04oz. can diced green chiles
1 envelope taco seasoning
2 envelopes ranch dressing mix, Fiesta is best!
16-24oz. shredded chicken, canned is fine!
Instructions
Add all ingredients to crock pot, do not drain cans
Stir and Cook! Either on High for 2 hours, or Low for 4 hours.
We love ours with Sour Cream, Chopped Green Onions, Shredded Cheese, Tortillas, Tortilla Chips, Salsa and Queso! :) I love this recipe. It's so easy; just dump everything in and leave it- and it is an awesome crowd pleaser!
